BOHOME STUDIO ("we", "us", "our") built the TV Live - IPTV Smart Player app ("the App") as a free application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

By installing and using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Analytics Data (Aggregate, Non-Personal)

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to understand how users interact with the app. This may include:

• App screens viewed and features used
• Session duration and frequency of use
• General device information (OS version, screen size, device category)
• Approximate geographic region (country-level only)
• App version and build information

This data is anonymized and aggregated. It cannot be used to personally identify you.

2.2 Crash & Performance Reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and stability diagnostics. This data includes:

• Stack traces and error logs at the time of a crash
• Device state information (OS version, available memory, battery level)
• App version and session data at time of crash

Crash reports are used solely to identify and fix bugs. No personally identifiable information is included in crash reports.

2.3 Local Storage (On-Device Only)

The App stores the following data locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it:

• Your playlist URLs (stored in app preferences)
• Favorite channels list
• Watch history
• App settings and preferences

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any account information (no account is required)
• The content of the streams you watch
• Your playlist URLs or channel lists (these are stored locally only)
• Your location (beyond coarse country-level analytics)
• Payment or financial information
• Contacts, messages, or any other app data on your device
• Microphone or camera data

4. How We Use Information

Information we collect is used only to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App
• Identify and fix crashes and performance issues
• Understand aggregate usage patterns to guide feature development
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) — Firebase Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob — serves in-app advertisements (Google Privacy Policy)
• Google Cast SDK — enables casting to Chromecast devices (Google Privacy Policy)

These services may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies.

6. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob and its mediation partners to support free operation. Ads may be personalized based on your device's advertising ID and general usage patterns as governed by Google's policies.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your Android device settings:

• Go to Settings → Google → Ads
• Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

Opting out means ads will still be shown, but they will not be tailored to your interests.

Our advertising inventory is declared in our app-ads.txt file in accordance with IAB standards.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take the necessary steps.

8. Data Retention

Analytics and crash data retained by Firebase is subject to Google's standard data retention periods (typically 2 months for raw events, longer for aggregates). Local app data (favorites, history, settings) is retained on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the App.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of analytics data collection (via device or Firebase settings)
• Opt out of personalized advertising

To clear locally stored data (favorites, history, playlists), use Settings → Clear App Data on your Android device or within the App settings.
