By downloading, installing, or using the TV Live - IPTV Smart Player application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BOHOME STUDIO ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Important: TV Live is a player only. We do not provide, host, distribute, or endorse any channels, playlists, streams, or media content. All content accessed through the App is sourced entirely from playlists you supply.
The App requires you to supply your own M3U or M3U8 playlists. You are solely responsible for the playlists you load and the streams you access. You must ensure that you have the legal right to access all content in your playlists under applicable copyright and licensing laws.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
Playlists, favorites, and watch history are stored locally on your device. You may export and import this data using the App's built-in export/import functionality. You are responsible for the security of any exported data files.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App, including its design, code, graphics, user interface, and all related materials, is the exclusive property of BOHOME STUDIO and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the App or any related intellectual property to you.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Playback quality and availability depend on your internet connection and the availability of the stream sources in your playlist. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services or stream providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BOHOME STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data (favorites, history, playlists).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please uninstall the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
